What is Our World? The library's Teen Advisory Board that meets once a month at 3:30pm, on the second Saturday (after Anime Club). What does Our World do? Plan library events for teens Help choose teen books for the library Volunteer--and work off fines or earn community service hours by helping out! Tell the library how it can be a cooler place for teens Why be in Our World? Have a voice at the library See new books before anyone else--sometimes even before they are published! Community service looks good on college applications Make sure the library gets the books you want You get The Our World Newsletter How do you join? You come to a meeting and fill out the application! You must be in grades 7 - 12 |
